Bedford Borough Council is looking for someone to open the café at Great Denham Country Park and to bring the venue to life.
Great Denham County Park runs along the River Great Ouse. It has a children’s playground, football pitches and a games areas, along with cycle and jogging routes.
The ‘Archers Rest Café’ facility is in a central location overlooking the park, playground and sports facilities. It has indoor and outdoor seating, and a fully-fitted kitchen and store area.
The tender for this café lease is now live, and available via the Council’s system or by visiting gov.uk/contracts-finder, searching for ‘Great Denham’ and clicking on ‘Lease Opportunity Great Denham Archers Rest Café’. This tender will close on Monday 5 July.
Interested parties are also invited to an open day at the café on Wednesday 23 June. More details can be found in the tender document.
