Bedfordshire Police received a call on Tuesday 13 October 2020 reporting that a man had kicked a dog near Cranfield Airfield. On Saturday (17 October) a dog walker reported several piles of dog treats found along a tree line and had concerns that they could be poisoned.

The Force hasn’t received any reports that dogs have become ill in the area, but dog walkers are asked to remain vigilant and report any concerns.

Community officers have been made aware of the incidents and will include the area in their local patrols.
