You have until the end of the week submit to your comments
Last week, Richborough Estates sent information to Cranfield residents to announce its informal consultation on a proposal for up to 180 dwellings on land to the north of Braeburn Way, Cranfield.
A spokesperson for RPS Consulting, who is conducting this consultation, said that it had received around 50 electronic responses over the weekend, adding:
“Although not finalised, the illustrative masterplan indicates how the proposals could look, which would include a range of house types set against substantial proposals for public open space and green infrastructure.
“Richborough Estates remain committed to developing a shared vision for the proposals and we are grateful to those who have already responded to the consultation.
“These comments, along with those received this week will be reflected upon through the design process and will form part of the submission to Central Bedfordshire Council.
“Once an application is submitted to the Council, there will be a further opportunity to comment on the scheme, which will be supported by a range of technical documents to demonstrate the feasibility of the project.”
