NHS Bedfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (BCCG) is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 19 September at the Rufus Centre, Steppingley Road, Flitwick, Beds, MK45 1AH.

The BCCG is responsible for planning, organising and buying NHS-funded healthcare for the 441,000 people who live in Bedfordshire. This includes hospital, community health and mental health services.

It is run by GPs, nurses, hospital doctors and other clinicians – the people you see whenever you come into contact with the NHS. All 48 GP practices in Bedfordshire are members of the CCG.

Heather Moulder, chair of BCCG, said:

“The Annual Report and Accounts for 2018/19 will be presented at the AGM and our performance for the year reviewed. There will also be presentations from members of our senior team.

“On behalf of the CCG I would like to extend a warm invitation to all who have an interest in local health services.”

All local GPs, other healthcare professionals, CCG staff, stakeholders and the public are welcome to attend. The AGM is from 2.30pm to 3.30pm and light refreshments will be available.

Anyone planning to come along to the AGM should contact the Communications and Engagement Team to confirm their attendance by calling 01525 624440 or email bedsccg.communications@nhs.net.
