The Autumn Walking Challenge, delivered by Sustrans and Bedford Borough Council, has now started and the Council is encouraging businesses to get back outside and exercise.

The Autumn Walking Challenge, funded by the Department for Transport (DfT), encourages participants to join a team with two colleagues to track their daily and weekly step count from 28 October to 23 November. Successful teams will win one of three great prizes, which are also funded by the DfT.
