Marston Nursery children raise funds on walk for Captain Tom
Children and team members at Marston Day Nursery, in the village of Marston Moretaine, have been putting their best foot forward to take part in a fundraising initiative set up by fellow village resident, Sir Captain Tom Moore.

Marston Nursery children honour village veterans
Children from Marston Day Nursery have been paying their respects to local veterans, in honour of Armistice Day 2020.
The children visited the Marston Moretaine War Memorial to lay home-made wreaths before observing a two-minute silence at 11am.
On the journey, the children were also able to raise a brief salute to Sir Captain Tom Moore, a resident of the village, and learnt more about the role he played in World War Two
