Drop-off sites for Christmas Shoebox Project open on 5 December
Locations across the region will open on 5 December 2020 to receive Christmas shoebox gifts lovingly packed up by residents throughout the national lockdown.
This has been made possible through Operation Christmas Child’s shoebox project. From Saturday 5 until Monday 14 December inclusive, many churches, businesses and organisations will collect shoeboxes ready to send to vulnerable children in different contexts of poverty across the world.

Bedfordshire company sponsors charity Operation Christmas Child with scissor lift loan
Dunstable-based Star Platforms has donated the use of a scissor lift to Christmas Shoebox project Operation Christmas Child.
This loan enabled the charity to install heating in their Tonbridge warehouse where already thousands of shoebox gifts have been received.
