Police update from Wootton’s PCSO

As we transition into a different phase of ‘lockdown’, people are experiencing new found freedom as we return to local pubs, restaurants and shops again. For some people this new stage is exactly what they have been waiting for, but for others the easing of government guidance can bring a new set of worries.

For anyone reading this who may feel anxious about returning to normality, Bedfordshire Police’s PCSO James Dancer would like to let you know that your local policing team is still here. Policing hasn’t stopped throughout this pandemic and we are regularly patrolling your villages and continue to carry out our day-to-day work to protect people.
