National Lottery to fund new regional Heritage Project
A quarter of a million pounds grant has been secured by the University of Bedfordshire to fund a capacity-building and skills development project for the communities of Luton, Bedford and Central Bedfordshire.
Funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and overseen by the Arts & Culture Projects team, the project will launch this spring and run for approximately two and a half years, culminating in the summer of 2023.

The Greensand Trust receives National Lottery Heritage Fund boost
A grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund’s Heritage Emergency Fund will help ensure that local environmental charity The Greensand Trust survives and is able to continue playing a role in the local area.
The Greensand Trust manages many sites across the Greensand Ridge and surrounding areas in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, including several Sites of Special Scientific Interest and Scheduled Monuments.
