‘Reading Well for Children’ at Bedford Borough’s libraries

‘Reading Well for Children’ has been launched by The Reading Agency and Libraries Connected to support children’s mental health and wellbeing.
This booklist is aimed at children aged 7-11, and has titles suitable for a range of reading levels. The list is now available at Bedford Central, Kempston and Putnoe libraries.
The list was developed by national experts together with children and families who have experienced some of these issues. It has been endorsed by leading health bodies, including the Royal Society for Public Health.
